The Zvíkov Dominion up until the End of the Middle Ages
Procházková, Žaneta ; Čechura, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Oulíková, Petra (referee)
The bachleor thesis focuses on the castle Zvíkov and it's surrounding domain in the time of late Middle Age and early Renaissance. I would like to focus on the period between the first contact of the Zvíkov domain and the Rožmberk family in 1307 to it's sale to the Švamberk family in 1473. The castle was built on the rock above the counfluence of the Otava and Vltava rivers in 13th century. Position on the top of the rock was advantagous against potential threat. The Castle architecture is connected with the regin of the kings Wenceslas I. and Otakar II. In the beginning of the 14th century was the castle under influence of Jindřich of Rožmberk. Later at the time of Charles IV. was Zvíkov selected as temporary storage of the Crown Jewels. The most important period in Zvíkov history is the time of Oldřich II. of Rožmberk. Oldřich was extremly interested in the castle and in the end used forged papers to own it. The castle was part of the Rožmberk domain till it's sale to Bohuslav of Švamberk in 1473. Together with the history of Zvíkov I would also like to focus on the cultural development, political and economical situation of the castle and the surrounding domain.

Historical treatment of land in Jihočeském kraji
VLASÁK, Vladimír
The Bachelor's thesis deals with the first land arrangements and land reforms that were implemented in the area of the present Czech Republic. The thesis elaborates in detail the oldest land reforms carried out in South Bohemia. Furthermore, it addresses historical land arrangements during the era of the Rosenbergs, who were engaged in fish farming. The Eggenbergs made adjustments to the Český Krumlov estate. The Schwarzenbers settled new lands and adjusted agricultural lands. The Buquoys established the park named Terezino Údolí. After the World War I, the ownership of lands underwent several changes. After the World War II, lands were confiscated due to the construction of the Iron Curtain. After 1989, the properties confiscated in previous years were returned and the process of land arrangements began.
Development of Land Adjustment in the Czech republic
BLÁHOVÁ, Barbora
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the development of land consolidation at our area. Land consolidation issue can be met since the ancient times till the present time. With the help of this bachelor thesis I would like to resume the main developmental stages (the period of feudalism, capitalism, consolidation, land reforms, period of collectivisation and socialisation of villages, creation of collective farms, technological-agricultural conversion till the present time). Each of these stages had a different form, content and also agricultural and social goal. The last chapter aims to compare land consolidation here with other countries. In each country land consolidations reflect political, agricultural, economical and legal standards. They are a tool of practical realization of agricultural policy of ruling classes. Land possession always had different reasons and ways of realisation of land consolidation.
